职位描述:

Job (Project) opening and registration.

TUV奥地利项目的开案和登记。


Collect related application documents and ‘Request of Certification‘ from customers.

从客户收集相关的申请文件和申请表。


Send documents to Inspection/Audit Department for inspection/audit, and submit documents to Technical department for certification review, Certification Manager for Certification Decision

将文件发送到认证检查部门进行检验/审核,并将文件递交给技术部门进行认证复核,给认证经理进行认证决定。


Archive the project documents according to the quality requirements.

根据质量要求归档项目文件。


Project Management: envisage project delay and find solutions or helps to solve the problem promptly. Initiate any necessary change of project schedule if needed. Manage jobs status (including monitoring job status, checking document) and keep relevant parties, head of department, sales staff, Certification Body and/or customers if needed, well informed the project status.

项目管理:预见项目延误,及时找到解决方案或帮助解决问题。如有需要,启动任何必要的项目进度变更。管理项目状态(包括监控项目状态、检查文件),必要时保持相关方、部门负责人、销售人员、认证机构和(或)客户充分了解项目状态。


Perform other duties assigned by manager.

完成上级指派的其它任务。


要求:

Bachelor's degree or above, majored in Foreign Trade English, English, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Chemical, Food, and relevant disciplines will be preferred.

本科或本科以上学历;外贸英语、外语专业;或者机械、电气、机电、自动化、化学、食品等工科专业;


2+ years’ sales experience in Testing, Inspection and Certification industry or related area.

2年或以上检测认证行业或者相关行业技术助理、项目协调工作经验;


Knowledge of English, written and spoken.

良好的英文听说读写能力


Preferably have study and/or work experience Abroad

具备国外留学和(或)海外工作背景者,优先考虑;


Proactive and efficient. Quick learner.

工作积极主动、高效。较强的学习能力


Solid negotiation, communication and coordination skills.

善于沟通,良好人际沟通与协调能力


Team working spirit

良好的团队合作精神。
